1. Analytical service
EdgeLab 21 provides blackjack analytical and decision-support software. It does not operate gambling, accept wagers, guarantee results or provide financial advice.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18, or the legal age in your location if higher. You may not use the service in a casino or any place where electronic assistance is prohibited, nor to break venue rules or local law.
3. Membership
Membership renews at the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. You can manage renewal and payment details through the billing portal once billing is active.
4. Referrals
The one-tier referral programme, when enabled, pays the referring member 25% of eligible collected subscription revenue. Rewards are subject to identity checks, a refund and dispute hold, minimum payout, reversals, fraud review, tax obligations and programme rules. No commission is paid on downstream recruitment, and membership or recruitment alone does not guarantee earnings.
5. No outcome warranty
Counts, strategies, roulette predictions, edge estimates and risk calculations are models. Past spins do not predict an unbiased wheel. Mistakes, rules, changing conditions and variance can cause losses. You remain responsible for every decision and for playing within your means.
6. Acceptable use
Do not share accounts, automate card entry against a live venue, probe security, manipulate referrals, self-refer, create circular referral chains or make misleading earnings claims.
7. Availability and liability
The service may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, EdgeLab 21 is not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, venue action or decisions made from model output. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated date. A production support address must be published before paid billing is enabled.
